User Experience Plan

（Applicable to MAXHUB V/VI Product）

Guangzhou Shirui Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “Shirui” or “We”) is the controller of your personal data. By formulating this User Experience Plan (hereinafter “the Plan”), we aim to inform you data processing activities we are going to conduct for improving performance of MAXHUB VI Product and system and software installed (hereinafter “MAXHUB Products”). Please note that, normal operation of MAXHUB Products will not be interrupted after you joining in the Plan, and running this Plan will not reduce the performance of MAXHUB Products.

I. Data we collect under the Plan

By participating the Plan, you agree with us to collect the following data through event tracking and other technical methods applied in your MAXHUB Products:

a) Device information, such as device name, device model, device series number, Media Access Control Address (MAC address), regional and language settings, device ID, device hardware information and status (like camera model, speaker model), device location, IP address, operating system version, and device settings.

b) Log information, such as browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referral/exit website and application software, usage habits, date/timestamp and clickstream data. We also record anomalous system crashes in the products you use.

c) User’s behavior information, such as the version of the MAXHUB application you use, the website you visit, and how to interact with the content provided through the service. For instance, we will collect the duration, frequency and other collateral information (such as the color of the brush on the WritingBoard) when you use the features such as Lightapp-transfer, Polkit, Sidebar and WritingBoard.

Please note that, we do not collect any of your data from software and application you later purchase or install in MAXHUB Products.

II. How we use the data under the Plan

The Plan only supports uploading when the network is connected. After we collect data as listed above from you, we may conduct statistical analysis and use the aggregated analytical results for:

a) Device performance detecting. Testing the device performance of MAXHUB Products and improving the operating performance.

b) User behavior analysis. Calculating the usage of MAXHUB Products, analyzing the user behavior through statistical analysis.

c) Subsequent product optimization. Improving the operation experience and optimizing function design of MAHUXB Products.

III. Other information you should know

We strictly keep all data collected confidential by adopting various security measures in the data processing process, implement safeguard measures such as storage and transmission security encryption, etc., as to avoid unauthorized access, use or disclosure of your data. You may find details in Section “V. How We Protect Your Personal Data” of the Privacy Policy about the measures or means we take to protect your data based on the Plan.

We will store your data only during the shortest time needed to achieve the goals of functions. We will delete or anonymize all data collected from your device for the Plan once the statistical analysis is completed. If you have any doubts or requests about our data usage in the Plan, please feel free to contact support@maxhub.com.

Please be aware that the Plan is turned off by default. You can decide to join in or quit the Plan by [*].

We may modify the Plan from time to time. By doing so, we will release updated information in the form of a push notification or make it public in our official website [www.maxhub.com]. Nevertheless, if you do not join in the Plan, you will not receive such push notification.
